Asleep at the Helm Release ‘Photosynthetic’ on Year of the Rat Records + Announce EP Details

Asleep At The Helm are a five-piece modern metalcore band from Manchester, UK. Born in melodic roots and now fused with the raw intensity of the Australian scene, their sound is energetic, fierce and uncompromising. They’ve already earned regular support from Kerrang Radio, Music Choice and Spotify and are resonating nationwide with unforgettable, high-octane live performances. The band have now signed with Year Of The Rat Records (Esoterica, Save Us, Lastelle, Black Orchid Empire) and release their next single ‘Photosynthetic’ on the 8th August 2025 having just toured the UK with Polar. The band also announce their EP ‘Ornate Resentment’ will be released on Halloween.
