Aubrey Blakeledge is a Gothic-Comedy-Folk musician from Hampshire. Who has been giging on the UK underground and festival circuit for nearly 15 years. Getting people dancing laughing and drinking with a vast catalogue of fan favourite originals. 2025 has been Aubrey’s biggest year yet with two nationwide tours with The Sweetchunks Band and multiple festival appearances (solo and with a band) and a New Album tour beginning this October.

Once described as “Hampshire’s own Fey Monarch” or “Rhadagast the Brown if they listened to the Cure”, Aubrey Blakeledge’s unique iprov led storytelling and songwriting leaves audience laughing while having no idea what is happening, but with a definite sense of being thoroughly entertained. Playing a mix of originals, improvised songs and songs from their years fronting the Sweetchunks Band. Aubrey has a crowd and is not afraid to use it.

Aubrey is currently touring their debut Solo Album “Woodland Gothic” As a one person crunchy-folk-blues comedy show and a full band with the Quest for Glory.

Aubrey has supported such acts as The Barsteward Sons of Val Doonican, Professor Elemental, Thomas Benjamin Wild esq (the no more fucks to give guy) Chas and Dave, The Wurzels, John Ottway and The Fisherman’s Friends

Music Festival appearances include: Gig in a field, Nah then, HeFF, Bearded Theory, Dimpsey Fest, The Isle of Wight Festival, Goblin town, 2,000 Trees, There for the music, Night at the Abbey, Victorious Festival, Boomtown & Beautiful Days festival.
