Daniel Vincent Unveils His Most Accomplished Album Yet: "Means of Escape"

British musician and producer Daniel Vincent announces the release of his latest studio album, Means of Escape, a captivating journey through soundscapes that blend ambient textures, progressive structures, and deeply personal lyrics.
Featuring twelve mesmerising tracks, Means of Escape marks a creative high point in Vincent’s discography. Transcending the post-progressive psychedelia of his earlier work, Means of Escape weaves the disparate elements of a rich 22-year back catalogue into a sonically adventurous and emotionally profound journey.
Each track on Means of Escape is a reflection of Vincent’s evolving artistry, offering both longtime fans and new listeners a deeply resonant experience.
"Put succinctly, these songs are about living the life that we have, and not spending too much time worrying about the things you can't change", says Vincent. "Life is short."
Although Daniel has collaborated with cult art-music label and distro Burning Shed over many years, the album is his first solo release to appear in the label's catalogue.
Commenting on his decision to partner with Burning Shed on this release:
"Making such an emotional and personal record like this, I knew I wanted to work with Pete [Morgan] and Tim [Bowness] to help guide me to where I needed to be."
Also returning for this album is legendary designer Carl Glover, the mastermind behind iconic sleeves for Porcupine Tree, Marillion, No-Man, and King Crimson, who also designed The Resonance Association's artwork from 2007-2013. Carl's unique visual perspective perfectly complements the album’s immersive tone.
