Introducing child3, London's new noise insurgents, channeling their industrial grit into debut single 'Give It To Me Now'.

The accompanying video warps reality into glitch-ridden séances— found footage splintered by apparitions floating to the grind of motorik beats. As if Chris Cunningham hijacked your Instagram explore page. The video is shot and edited by Issac Fisher & Plastekpet.

Working out of a warehouse in North-East London - child3 are a new 4-piece that have built a reputation as one of the city’s most exciting emerging live bands, regularly gigging at iconic independent venues such as The George Tavern, The Windmill and The Shacklewell Arms under aliases Chad and Child.

For frontman Zaki the debut single ‘Give It To Me Now’ is “a yearning for something better. And a reminder to myself that the need to be appreciated can inspire the worst of people’s actions."

‘Give It To Me Now’ manifests perfectly their central singular focus being the rhythmic drive of a track. Influenced by their collective passion for motorik music and count Kassie Krut and YHWH Nailgun as peers.

Guitarist Eddie reflects on the unshakable conviction behind Zaki’s lyricism and live performance. “The lyrical content of our songs often seeks to invoke a specific emotion or incident and convey that feeling in a way that feels like somewhat of an expulsion. Whenever I turn and see Zaki to my left when we are performing these songs live I am always met with the doubtlessness that there isn’t a single fibre of his being poured into the retelling of these events.”

child3 are Zaki Poole, Jack McCarthy, Rhys Andrews and Eddie Nicola.
