Jostle announce new album “White Noise” and share single ‘Burning Ember’
Born in Marseille in 2004, Jostle are a power trio who thrive on raw energy and big hooks. With White Noise, their sixth album, they crank up the intensity, blending sharp pop-rock melodies with the grit of grunge and the bite of punk. Two decades of sweat-soaked stages and nods to Foo Fighters, Smashing Pumpkins, and Biffy Clyro fuel a record that’s honest, loud, and made to be played live.
White Noise – release in October 2025
Recorded and mixed at Studio Rec2live with François Letiec, White Noise captures the pulse of our times, offering a raw reflection of tension, urgency, and emotion. The record strikes a bold balance between shimmering pop-rock anthems (“White”) and fierce, hard-hitting tracks (“Noise”).
The first taste comes with the singles and music videos Burning Ember and White Noise, setting the tone for an album built to resonate both on record and on stage.

Bio
Since 2004, Marseille’s Jostle has been delivering raw, unfiltered rock with roots in grunge and punk. Fronted by Anthony (guitar, vocals), Phil aka Oneshot (bass), and Tristan (drums), the trio crafts a direct, no-nonsense sound inspired by Foo Fighters, Smashing Pumpkins, and Biffy Clyro.
From their first gigs, Jostle made their mark across southern France, bringing relentless energy and a love for live performance that’s impossible to ignore. Their debut EP, Reason My Mind (2005), turned heads in the local press and took them from Montpellier to Nice, Toulon, and Monaco.
With their follow-up, Nine by Three, the band leveled up: two music videos, radio play in France and even Australia (EastSide FM), and glowing reviews that fueled their drive. Over the years, Jostle has shared stages big and small, from intimate venues to crowds of thousands, including a standout show at Parc Chanot in front of 3,000 fans.
2014 saw the self-release of On the Edge of Horizon, followed in 2018 by Youth Has No Age, an album that nailed their identity: raw, live-ready rock with no frills. Now, in 2025, White Noise marks a new chapter, a bold statement of independence and musical maturity.
