Keeper unveils new single 'Figure Me Out’, and new EP
South London’s prince of Pop-Punk nostalgia Keeper explores understanding who you really are in his brand new single ‘Figure Me Out’ - the final track on his latest EP ‘Songs That Would’ve Gotten Me Bullied Sixteen Years Ago’
UK alt-pop-punk artist Keeper shares his new single ‘Figure Me Out’, a nostalgia-infused banger about finally knowing who you really are
2025 has seen Keeper propel his unique brand of nostalgia-smothered pop-punk far and wide. It’s been a year of heart-on-sleeve songwriting for Emanuel Andrade, who has, in his music, explored relationships and their messy breakups, sexuality and the strange effects it can have on you, and rediscovering the passions that made you you.
Keeper’s latest release ‘Figure Me Out’ - the sixth and final A Side from the EP ‘Songs That Would’ve Gotten Me Bullied Sixteen Years Ago’ - ties these topics together in the culmination of years of personal and musical exploration. This track is all about giving yourself a break, and understanding that the fact that you made it is something to celebrate.
Discussing the deep personal importance of the EP, Andrade says “Each song has been about rediscovering the music, hobbies, and passions I had when I was younger (be it Theatre, Art, Dance, Music, Video games, or reading), and finding my way back to them through some difficult years as an adult”.
“Managing breakups through nostalgic music, to topics like my sexuality and getting stupid crushes. At 27, I can finally say I know who I am, and I’m genuinely content with that. I recognise my flaws, but I’m no longer ashamed of the younger me who developed them. Honestly, I think I’m proud of him.”
Including features from Sleeping With Sirens vocalist Kellin Quinn, Tally Spear, Tom Connolly (Dream State), and co-written by Jon Cass (As Everything Unfolds), this EP represents Keeper at his very best - with no signs of slowing down into 2026.
