Italian pop-punkers, Proton Packs, are back with a new single from their upcoming “Visions From The Void” LP (see New Noise Magazine premiere).
“Visions From The Void” is the 5th full-length installment in the Proton Packs discography. Twelve lethal tunes will guide you like Virgil through a maze of mind trips, hallucinations, dreams, nightmares and prophecies, following the band’s now long tradition of theme albums. Proton Packs has never worked as hard as for this record, shaping and perfecting the songs until they were just right! Thanks to our producer Simone Nati, sonically the album is dark but sweet, guitar-driven and hard-hitting as ever. Enjoy this new Ecto-Punk adventure!
Proton Packs are a four-piece combo formed in Tuscany in the year 2004. Their self-appointed genre is called Ecto-Punk, an explosive mix of old school punk rock in the vein of Ramones, Misfits and Lillingtons and lyrics and themes influenced by science fiction and the occult. Their 5th album is coming out in February 2026 on Mom’s Basement Records and Striped Music. It’s called “Visions From The Void” and it features 12 songs about dreams and hallucinations! The band will play a series of shows all over Italy and Europe in 2026 and 2027 to support the new release. Get ready for Proton Packs!
