Red Eye Pariah Announces Groundbreaking Double Release

Irish Amalga rockers Red Eye Pariah have unveiled their latest double release, Draw Your Own Map and (I Won't Ever) Let You Down. These two previously unheard and unperformed tracks dropped on April 18, alongside the debut of a dynamic, DIY music video for Draw Your Own Map.

Draw Your Own Map focuses heavily on letting go of past burdens to embrace personal growth and change. Its themes are woven through a fluttering vocal melody and groovy instrumental that bends around your ear and shakes your brain.

Frontman Deano Kelly explained:

"It's about being able to let go of something that's plagued you for so long, held you back, or stopped personal progress. Sometimes you just need to release whatever grip this thing has on you and go your own path."

(I Won't Ever) Let You Down showcased a new side to Red Eye Pariah, with lead guitarist Sammy Stevenson taking the lead vocal, switching up roles and highlighting the four-piece's undeniable chemistry.

Sammy added:

"The song is about the aspiration of never letting someone down like you may have been before. Although that might seem unrealistic in tough times, to aspire is human."

This release followed the band's announcement on March 26 that they were recipients of the PRS Foundation's Open Fund for Music Creators.

Bassist Alex Close commented on the financial strain artists face and the significance of this funding:

"Merchandise, travel, accommodation—all of it is rising in price by the day. Even after a strong year with more tickets sold in one year than our last three combined, we simply could not have kept up without this support from PRS Foundation."
