Red Scare Announces Canadian Tour with Brendan Kelly, Guerilla Poubelle, and Sam Russo
Punk label Red Scare is taking a lineup of artists across Canada for a summer tour, celebrating music, resilience, and cross-border solidarity. The tour features Brendan Kelly of The Lawrence Arms performing with a full band, Paris punk heavyweights Guerilla Poubelle, and UK singer-songwriter Sam Russo, who is set to release a new record this August.
In keeping with their DIY ethos, Red Scare is pressing a special four-song tour 7” in Canada and producing all their merch locally. While the impact of a punk tour might not shift global politics, Red Scare embraces the spirit of lost causes, turning music into a force for camaraderie and defiance.
Red Scare at Festivals
Beyond the tour, Red Scare bands are making their mark at major festivals. Several artists are performing at Pouzza Fest in Montreal, with even more slated to hit the stage at The Fest in October. With a packed schedule of live shows, the label’s roster continues to thrive in punk spaces across North America.
