RXPTRS Bring You The Clues For A Very Special, Secret Christmas Live Show!

Bristol noise merchants RXPTRS are busy planning for the holidays. They've got a present to share with all their fans new and old. There's a secret RXPTRS show happening on the 19th of December. All are welcome, including you, dear reader, if you can solve the clues....

This is something of a December tradition for the Bristol natives - but this time with a new twist. The 19th of December will the third time RXPTRS have held one of these Christmas shows, following on from the previous events in 2019 and 2021, but it's never been a secret show before. The legend of these shows has grown among the RXPTRS fanbase, and they're now spreading the awareness to make this one the most anticipated yet.

We're going to hand over to the band to tell you a bit more about what's in store for the show:

"RXPTRS traditionally throw an XMAS Show on the run up to Christmas. This year we wanted to do something different. Instead of a regular gig, we’ve hired a unique, intimate venue and we’re throwing a party with free entry. We’ve stacked it with beer, beer pong, games, giveaways, limited edition merch and utter ridiculousness. We’re building an extension to the stage, we’re bringing full production and we’ll be bringing band friends along for the ride.

Now, it is free, it will be chaos, it will be intimate, but there is a catch. The location is a secret, and to earn an invitation to the party you have to figure out where it’s gonna be held. We’ve been drip feeding clues and we will release more every few days up until Friday 19th December, when the party kicks off.

It’ll be insane, and a lot more up-close and personal than anyone will be used to, but to get in, you have to figure out where it’s going down.

2025 has been an incredible year for us, so we wanted to say thank you in a different way. That way is a party, with live music, beer pong comps, giveaways, beer and Mario Kart.

It’ll be the perfect way to close out the year, with utter carnage.
"

Now, what about those clues, we hear you saying. Without further ado, take a look at the images below for some clues, and also for the show poster:

If you think you know the answer, do what the poster says and DM the band with your thoughts and see if you pass the test to gain entry to the secret show!

RXPTRS are a new wave of British rock. The energetic quintet combine ferocious grit with an ear for melody.  Built upon the backdrop of the UK, the fiercely creative, long term friends set out with a sonic mission statement to not succumb to a single barrier, to push boundaries and go beyond the limit of genres, creating a raw sound that is unmistakably their own.
