Safari Zone Returns With ‘Shoebox’

Safari Zone’s latest single, ‘Shoebox’, marks a shift in sound, incorporating shoegaze and alternative rock influences with a more introspective and emotional approach. Inspired by the feelings of isolation and suffocation experienced by the band members, the track explores the sensation of confinement and powerlessness in the face of fears and insecurities.

Contrasting with their previous release, ‘Is It Indie Already?’, ‘Shoebox’ takes on a more melancholic perspective. Despite its darker tone, the song ultimately conveys a message of hope, reminding listeners that no one is ever truly alone.

"No one hears, no one comes while I’m trapped inside this shoebox."

This lyric reflects a deep sense of powerlessness and the struggle to reach out for help in moments of vulnerability.
