SINGLE REVIEW: Blue Stragglers - Reactor

Horsham's Blue Stragglers are back with their first single since 2020, 'Reactor'.

The tight knit group of friends have worked together flawlessly to produce a gritty, high energy fuzzed-up blues infused offering.

'Reactor' launches in with an invigorating sound and stunning deep, raspy vocals that are both familiar drawing likenesses to the impact of Dave Grohl but also dynamic and exciting.

The track's production is seamless. There's catchy hooks, big riffs and chaotic drums. It blasts with classic rock vibrancy while the temporary lull mid song provides a moment of 60's psychedelia.

'Reactor' has a big noise and huge impact. The lads have taken the known, shaken it up, injected their own personalities to deliver something that's fresh, new and gripping.

I'm Amy a Norfolk girl, currently residing at the seaside.

Age: eternally 21 (Iā€™m really Peter Pan!).

By day I'm a Leaks, Condensation, Damp and Mould Resident Liaison Officer and by night I'm CRB's admin bitch, reviewer extraordinaire, point and hope for the best photographer, paperclip monitor and expert at breaking anything technical then expecting Scott to fix it!

I'm into all kinds of music the more obscure the better (my music taste is definitely better than yours šŸ¤ŖšŸ˜œ) with my fave band being The Wonder Years.

I'm an Ipswich Town fan and have an unhealthy obsession with hedgehogs!
