80's synth flamboyance and drama combine with the ambitious, conceptual drone of prog on the genre-bending single 'Animal'. Intricate layers of noise rock are added alongside grunge's distortion, even incorporating dreamy elements juxtaposed with thick, textured doom guitars that play out at a slower pace against the drums' faster tempo rhythm.

The lyrics delve into the toxic online world and the daily barrage of vitriolic criticism. They explore the animalistic tendencies of people intent on tearing each other apart.

While undeniably complex, filled with a montage of diverse rhythms and sonic details, 'Animal' still manages to be catchy and addictive. It skillfully blends accessible sounds with conceptual creativity.
