Craig Lawrence - “‘Somewhere Through The Night’ is the soundtrack to the last few years of The Young Hearts. It encapsulates all the highs and lows throughout the pandemic, the hiatus, and most importantly where we are right now as a band. It’s twelve songs for everyone that still has the desire to follow their greatest ambitions in life, all the while struggling with the expectations that go hand in hand with getting older. With this album, we have managed to take everything we’ve done so far, and push it even further. Our only intention was to write a record that we love, without the pressure that expectation can bring. These are hands down the best songs we’ve ever written, but we’re in such a positive place now, we feel the best is still to come.”
