UK Punk Rock Trio TEMPLETON PEK Announce Explosive New Album Savages, Out Now via SBÄM Records

Birmingham, UK – SBÄM Records is proud to announce the return of UK punk rock powerhouses Templeton Pek with their highly-anticipated new album, Savages, set for release on October 3, 2025. Known for their high-energy live shows and anthemic, hook-driven songwriting, Templeton Pek are gearing up to deliver their most raw, urgent, and unapologetic record yet.

Formed in Birmingham, the trio—Neal Mitchell (vocals/bass), Kev Green (guitar), and Simon Galvin (drums)—have spent the last decade building a reputation as one of the UK’s hardest-working punk bands, sharing stages with the likes of Rise Against, Bad Religion, Sum 41, and Millencolin. Savages marks a bold evolution of their sound: heavier, darker, and more politically charged than anything they’ve done before, without losing the melodic hooks that have become their trademark.

Recorded earlier this year, Savages captures the chaos and catharsis of a world in flux. From the blistering opening track to the soaring, fist-in-the-air choruses, the record channels frustration, defiance, and hope into twelve uncompromising punk rock anthems. Lyrically, Savages tackles themes of societal division, resilience in the face of adversity, and the fight to stay human in an increasingly fractured world.

The album’s next lead single "Artifact" drops on August 22, followed by the last single "No Kings" giving fans their first taste of the band’s sharpened edge and unrelenting energy.

“Savages is the record we’ve been wanting to make for years,” says frontman Neal Mitchell. “It’s loud, it’s pissed off, but it’s also about unity. These songs are for anyone who’s ever felt like they’ve had to stand up and shout to be heard.”

Templeton Pek will support the album with an extensive European and UK tour this autumn, including appearances at major punk festivals and select headline shows.

The Birmingham-based are a seasoned touring band. They have toured with The Offspring, Rise Against, Bad Religion, Sum 41, NOFX, Alkaline Trio, Lagwagon, Millencolin, Zebrahead, Ignite, Pennywise and many more touring mainland Europe and the UK including festival appearances at Punk Rock Holiday (sl), Slam Dunk (uk),
Jera On Air (nl), Brakrock (bel), Mighty Sounds (cz), Rebellion (uk) Open Flair (de), Monster Bash (de), Taubertal (de) and SBAM fest (At).
