“moisturizer is a blast” The Guardian 4*
“moisturizer is an emotionally flexible record, one that pinballs between rage and romance, lust and vulnerability, a suite of songs where the reality of love is as terrifying as it is blissful” Mojo Album of the Month 4*
“Now expanded to a five-piece, with a richer, gnarlier sound to match, they’ve sidestepped the common fate of oddballs who crash the mainstream: rather than smoothing their edges, they’ve leaned into what made them strange” Crack
“Marvellous” The Independent 5*
“moisturizer is a bold, confident blast fuelled by the security and invincibility of a deep love” Uncut Album of the Month 8/10
“All the playful swagger and frenetic energy fans have long loved about the band” NPR Music
“moisturizer is a victory lap and a bold step forward all at once. It’s the sound of a band revelling in their own weirdness, poking fun, and somehow still writing some of the catchiest songs of the year” Dork 5*
“Wet Leg have stuck to their guns: the silliness, the subversion, the singalong tunes are all here” The Times 4*
“Wet Leg’s return is a knockout” NME 4*
“An unorthodox, melodramatic love anthem”Stereogum
“The wait is over: Wet Leg are back!”DIY
“catch these fists’ has a precocious punk-like feel to proceedings, adding a jagged edge to the pop of their debut” Clash
“Is there a cooler band on the planet right now than Wet Leg?” NPR Music
“Wet Leg are back with a vengeance” Rolling Stone
“Thrillingly explosive” The Telegraph
“Rhian Teasdale glacially gliding into becoming one of the most imposing frontpeople of her age” Far Out
moisturizer– Wet Leg’s anticipated second album – is out today! moisturizer is fun and freaky and fabulous, an unbridled display of the live muscle Wet Leg have built up over a few years of non-stop touring. Punchier, prettier and more perverted where it counts, it is an album of manic love songs and well-timed kiss-offs, delivered by a clan of the UK’s most beloved oddballs.

Earlier this week, the band’s Tiny Desk Concert for NPR went live. The performance features a setlist of all new material - two soon-to-be fan favourites from the album along with their last two single releases: “mangetout,” “11:21,” “davina mccall” and “CPR.” This is Wet Leg’s first visit to the NPR Tiny Desk HQ, although they self-taped a Tiny Desk (Home) Concert from a pub on the Isle Of Wight in 2021. Watch Wet Leg’s NPR Tiny Desk Concert here.
Wet Leg also played a triumphant return set at Glastonbury last month – their first time there since they shut down The Park Stage in 2022. Watch their Other Stage debut on the BBC in full here (UK only) or watch “CPR” on YouTube here.
Wet Leg are having two moisturizer pop ups, one in Australia and one in London, the latter is taking place on Saturday 12th July @ Hackney Furniture, 85 Mare Street. This will be a chance to have your photo taken with The Goblin, have a warm beer, as well as buy exclusive merch and limited-edition vinyl.
Alongside their November UK tour – of which several dates have already sold out - Wet Leg have announced additional outstores for July, a second show at both London’s Electric Ballroom and Brighton’s Chalk.
