Youth Killed It are back with "Lovely Day For It," the second track from their upcoming EP, 'Are You Having A Good Time? Part 1'

The song started as a joke between Paul (guitarist) and his partner. They'd always hear people say "lovely day for it" and wonder… "for what?" Frontman and songwriter Jack Murphy took that small, funny observation and turned it into an anthem about bringing your own energy to the moment, no matter what.

This one is a proper throwback to our early sound, but with a modern punch. It's built on massive, catchy guitar riffs that give a solid nod to the indie sleaze era, channeling the pure swagger of bands like The Hives and Bloc Party. Basically, it's the kind of tune that makes you want to get out of the house, find some sun, and just let loose.

We'd love for you to check it out and consider it for coverage or a playlist spot.
