Ben Gage Releases jazz Fueled Folky Single

Singer-songwriter Ben Gage is set to release his latest single, “Flyin’,” on April 25th—a warm, groove-laced track that drifts through the jazzier edges of folk and blues. With its laid-back rhythm and soulful instrumentation, the song invites listeners into a world where freedom feels just out of reach.

At its core, “Flyin’” is a song of longing—rooted in the quiet envy that blooms when watching someone seem to glide through life with ease. It's a gentle plea: “How do you do that? How do you lift off like that while I’m still stuck down here?” The bulk of the track was recorded live to capture its raw emotion, creating a sound that’s both intimate and unpolished in the best way. It’s a tune that feels like a conversation around a campfire, honest and unguarded.
