The Artist
Lena Morris is an independent singer-songwriter and bassist with a strong, distinctive artistic identity rooted in blues-rock. Of French and mixed heritage, she was born in Brussels and raised in Hong Kong. She began her musical career in England before moving to Paris a few years ago, where she is now developing a resolutely international project.
Her debut EP New Blood won over the British music press, who didn’t hesitate to compare her to icons such as Janis Joplin, Queen, and David Bowie (Powerplay Rock & Metal Magazine, Blues in Britain…). Since then, her fanbase has continued to grow. New Blood is nearing 3 million streams on Spotify, and her songs resonate worldwide, reaching more than 15,000 monthly listeners across the globe.
With her fiery bass groove, blues-driven songwriting, and soul-infused performance, Lena Morris embodies an artist at the crossroads of vintage and modern influences.
