“Take A Seat” was one of the first songs we wrote together after we resurfaced with our new line-up, and has been a firm live staple since our return to the fold…it’s definitely one of my faves on the record personally!

For the video, we teamed up once again with local filmmaker Dan Skelt, who graciously helped bring our slightly ambitious idea to visual form… 

We met with Dan at a local boozer months beforehand, where we discussed the possible idea of a continuous uninterrupted single-take of a mock live stand-up show, which would serve to loosely portray the lyrical themes of therapeutic processes and mental healthcare awareness and understanding.

After lots of brainstorming and planning over the following weeks, we somehow got away with it on the day of filming!

Big ups to everyone involved who generously gave their time to help out in the production of the video, and to everyone at the Hope & Ruin in Brighton for the kind use of their venue space!
