SAN DIEGO, CA — Southern California’s genre-defying rock outfit SUNBENDR returns this Friday with “The Flood”, the second release from their powerful five-song session with acclaimed producer George Perks. Recorded between Tom DeLonge’s private studio and Chris Prescott’s Belly of The Whale Studio, the track captures the band at full creative strength.

“The Flood” is SUNBENDR using all of our powers,” says drummer/vocalist Chris Coté. “The theme has a lot to do with making tough decisions and trying to better yourself through that process. It’s got the anthemic moments, the tender moments, the layers, the psychedelic stuff, and a driving feel that hopefully takes listeners on a journey.”
