Poetic Return with Raw, Heartfelt New Single “Letting Go”
Israeli rock outfit Poetic have announced the release of their latest single, Letting Go — a deeply personal track that cuts closer to the bone than their usual material. Tackling heartbreak, grief, and the slow process of healing, the song offers a more vulnerable side to the band while still carrying their signature grit.
Formed in 2012 out of pure love for the essence of classic rock, Poetic have spent over a decade crafting original music rooted in tradition but alive with modern flair. Their sound bridges the melodic bite of rock’s golden age with the raw edge of ‘90s grunge, channelling influences as varied as sassy local punk and American alt-rock. The chemistry between vocalist Guy Menachem and guitarist Amir Tilleman is central to the band’s writing, with each member drawing from their distinct musical backgrounds—Guy’s sharp, local punk-rock attitude meets Amir’s Boston-bred grunge pedigree.
Rounded out by Ziv Horesh on drums and Tsach Moshkovits on bass, Poetic continue to wave the flag for rock that’s proud, loud, and unafraid of emotion. Letting Go might be more introspective than usual, but it still hits hard—staying true to the band’s roots while making space for growth.
