Riding the Low Release “Beasts Of The Night Flights” And Announce More Plans For 2025 - New Music, Shows, And Festivals

The single was released across digital platforms on Friday, 23rd May 2025.

This release continues an exciting evolution for the band, who have embraced a self-reliant approach to production by investing in recording technology and honing their own skills. While capturing much of the work in their own spaces, the band has maintained a polished, professional sound.

Says Paddy:

*"We have never been on a label, but I think I was always searching for success and trying to get the recordings sounding better. We never quite got the process right—there was always something missing. We invested in some equipment, and it has given us the freedom to record at our leisure.

All the creativity is in our control. I feel liberated now from trying to make things perfect. We just have to be happy making music that we are proud of and we want to listen to."*

Chris adds:

"By taking the production into our own hands, we’ve unlocked something powerful. It’s allowed us to create the sound we’ve always been reaching for."

Mixed by Travis Harrison (Guided By Voices, Built To Spill) and mastered by Jamal Ruhe (Jimmy Eat World, Phoebe Bridgers), Beasts Of The Night Flights showcases the band’s continued commitment to their development.

This release is the continuation of an exciting 2025 for Riding The Low, which will include a new album and confirmed festival performances at 2000 Trees, Sonic Boom, Kendal Calling, and Download Festival, with more to be announced.
