TeethOut releases new song ‘Here We Go’ and announces new EP
Charlottetown punks TeethOut have released a new track and announced a new label to be released via High End Denim Records.
TeethOut is a five-piece skate-punk band from Charlottetown, PEI, trying to play like they’re still 20 and mostly getting away with it. Fueled by 90s punk nostalgia, cheap coffee, and louder-than-necessary singalongs, their sound is fast, melodic, and just the right amount of chaotic. After their debut EP Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is and the follow-up Brittle But Elite, which somehow hit number one on community radio’s alternative charts, TeethOut is back with Here We Go. With a handful of Maritime tours and too many late-night pizza shop stops under their belts, they’re proving that growing older doesn’t mean slowing down.
Regarding "Here We Go", vocalist Josh Lavigne says "We wanted to write something instantly catchy that people could sing along to after one listen. “Here We Go” came together fast, built around a simple hook and that high-energy pop punk feel we grew up on. It’s one of those songs that sticks with you for days."
